Fusion Technology, Valiant Solutions, and Signal Mountain Networks Awarded NOAA NMITS BPA

Fusion Technology is pleased to announce that we were recently awarded the National Oceanic and
Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Mission Information Technology Services (NMITS) Multiple
Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). NOAA NMITS has a five-year base period of performance
from the date of award and an additional five-year option period, providing a total contract value of $2
billion if all options are exercised.

Fusion Technology has joined Valiant Solutions (Valiant) and Signal Mountain Networks (Signal) as a
Prime HUBZone Contractor Teaming Arrangement (CTA). Fusion Technology and our CTA partners
will provide NOAA NMITS with innovative Agile development and a secure Information Technology
(IT) infrastructure to propel NOAA NMIT’s scientific and operational goals with advanced computing
capabilities. Our team is committed to providing NOAA NMITS customers with a diverse pool of small
business innovators and access to cutting-edge technology to actualize NOAA NMITS’ critical mission of
supporting and sustaining unclassified and classified programs on multiple networks and security
domains. Combining our team’s past and current partnership with NOAA and our expertise in IT
innovations, we offer specializations that complement and enhance our individual capabilities to
effectively reduce risk, improve efficiency, and guarantee quality service for NOAA.
